Iran actress Nazanin Bayati to star in ‘Mannequin’

Iran actress Nazanin Bayati is set to star in new home series project ‘Mannequin’.

So far, Mohammad-Reza Foroutan, Merila Zarei, and Farzad Farzin have joined the project.

Penned by Babak Kaydan and directed by Hossein Soheilizadeh, ‘Mannequin’ is to enjoy Nazanin Bayati as one of the main stars.

“Big and perfect romances have always had huge and monstrous enemies,” a brief synopsis of the flick reads.

Born in 1990, Bayati's movie debut was with 'Darband' (2012) which put her name among the candidates to receive a Crystal Simorgh from 31st Fajr International Film Festival.

She was picked by the critics of the same festival as the best actress.

Bayati has appeared in a number of movies, including 'Posting Obituary to Newspaper' (2013), 'Crazy Rook' (2014) and 'Parting' (2016).

She has also been in another ifilm movie titled 'Angels Come Together' (2013).

The actress has also tried her hand in costume and set design as well as voice acting.
